Our Client wanted to replace their existing south facing conservatory for a space that they could use all year replacing it for a Nudura extension.  Once the extension is watertight the external wall of the house will be knocked through to create a larger, lighter open plan kitchen and dining room.

October 2022 - A detached new build 3 bedroom house next to the Client's current residence using Nudura ICF construction.

July 2022 - The original project was to remove the roof and first floor and create a new extended first floor over the existing footprint.  However, during the demolition phase, due to the poorly insulated ground floor, it was decided to demolish it and create a more sustainable building.

June 2021 - A double garage to roof level only, to compliment a recently renovated home.  Built using the versatile Nudura ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) system.

August 2020 - A renovation project of a 1960's, 3 bedroom bungalow within the village of Newton Ferrers.  This property requires electrical rewiring and removal of a dilapidated conservatory at the rear of the property.  There will be a ground floor extension opening up the kitchen, dining and lounge area.  A loft extension will create a master ensuite bedroom with amazing views over the countryside.

November 2019 - Another amazing property in Newton Ferrers with stunning views over the estuary.  This project includes 1st/2nd fix carpentry, construction of the roof, balcony and installation of the kitchen.

March 2019 -  A Client based project consisting of a large 3/4 bedroom bungalow and detached garage.  The project includes demolition of the existing redundant building, sub-ground drainage and a Nudura build upto roof level.

March 2018 - Newton Ferrers - A client based project consisting of a large detached house constructed from Nudura. This project is currently under construction and includes ground works, drainage, roof and internal fittings.

November 2017 - A client based project in Noss Mayo with amazing views of the estuary constructed to roof level only. The project consisted of all ground works on a very challenging, tight and steeply sloping site. Construction of a 3 storey building from Nudura. 

August 2015 - A new build project in Lamerton, nr Tavistock consisting of a detached 3 bedroom property with master en suite, family bathroom, downstairs toilet, lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner. The property was constructed from Nudura and was a complete project from land purchase, design, planning, ground works and construction..

January 2014 - A large 3 storey detached house in Liskeard with tiered garden and double garage. This was a complete project from land purchase, design, planning, ground works and construction.
